Positive Behavioral Supports
This booklet considers challenging behaviour in the context of a supported employment setting. It suggests strategies for collecting answers to questions that need to be considered when analysing challenging behaviours and offers strategies for dealing with such behaviours. The importance is stressed of giving individualised and comprehensive support to persons with challenging behaviours, including provision of a network of support persons and access to other resources.
