Person-Centred Planning

Planning is something that everyone does, but when a person has disability, planning becomes a necessity. Person Centred Planning enables people with disability to be at the centre of the planning process: to steer and set the direction. This multimedia resource (book and CD-ROM) takes an in-depth look at person centre planning: defines what it is, how to develop a plan and how it can be implemented. The CD ROM presents the same information contained in the booklet, but does so in an interactive, audio format.
