Evaluating support: An ongoing review

Describes the work of Focus, an organisation in Canberra which supports about one hundred people with intellectual disabilities in their housing and other needs. The aim is to facilitate their involvement in the community. The organisation has been examining itself critically as a result of a visit from Michael Kendrick and this article is an attempt to share the experience of this review.
